"We have been with Apex Martial Arts for a year now. What started with our 6 year old son wanting to try tae kwondo has expanded to our 9 year old daughter and 5 year old son enjoying it also. One perk is that after paying for 2 memberships, subsequent family members are free! 🙌 We have yet to take advantage of it as adults, but knowing we can and the only limiting factor is our own schedule is great!
I also tried a 4 week womens-only jiu jitsu and that was great. Master Miller and his wife make a great team to make an excellent school. We highly recommend!"

Mr. Miller and the entire Apex community welcomed him, believed in him, and helped him become a confident young man who went on to take on soccer, band, school work and so much more.
More importantly, they instilled in him leadership, strong morals, integrity, and the confidence to face challenges. Now, at 15 years old, we know he will be prepared to take on the world because of the invaluable life skills he has learned at his home away from home.

His confidence has improved, his balance and strength have increased, and he’s gotten much better at following directions. Declan is now working towards his 3rd degree Black Belt, his dad just put on 1st degree Black Belt and I (Kelly) have been there the whole way AND was a founding participant in Sam Miller’s Fit and Tone Class that meets 3 days a week!
You could not ask for a better, more fun, more family oriented activity that will teach hard work, respect, integrity, life skills and the willingness to try new things you never thought possible!
